Cannot access software program when icon is selected.

  1. Make sure that the download cradle is connected to an available USB port on the desired computer where the Ares software is loaded.

  2. Attach the M6000 (Ares IV) or M8000 (Ares V) reader to the download cradle.

  3. Click on the Ares system icon on your computer desktop screen.

If the condition persists, please try a different USB port on the computer and repeat steps 2 and 3.
