Some ADCT terminals may have incorrectly switched to the year 2000 instead of 2010 at the year change. If you are running Pendulum, ATR20/20 or ATR9800 software, the following steps will correct the issue:

1. Select Poll Clocks.
2. Select All Terminals. (Cliear out any clock ID that may appear in the Enter Clock ID field.)
3. On the Poll Clocks window, click to select Set Clocks Date & Time and Clear Clocks Transactions.
4. Click the Accept and Proceed link in the lower right corner of the window. All terminals will be set to the correct year.

Note: this process will not fix any transactions already recorded with the incorrect year. These transactions will need to be manually edited to reflect the correct year.
