You must Enable Terminal Manager. Begin by locating the Attendance Rx icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. Right-click on the Attendance Rx icon. Select Enable Terminal Manager from the menu that will pop up, and make sure the terminal device is connected to the PC. For more information, please refer to this article. |
