If your PC does not have a 9 pin serial port we strongly recommend that you purchase a Tripp Lite USB to Serial Adapter. You may find this product on our website at www.acroprintstore.com/cat-accessories.html or you may visit www.tripplite.com to find a location near you. Please note that you must install the drivers from the software that comes with the serial adapter. Our products have only been tested with Tripp Lite USB to Serial Adapters.
