CAUTION: Verify the version and build of the software at each location prior to migration to insure compatibility.

  1. Make sure that the Attendance Rx administrator is closed. Press and hold the Ctrl, ALT, and Delete keys to bring up the Task Manager. Under Applications make sure Attendance Rx is not running. If its running you will need to click the End Task button to terminate the process.

  2. Go to the My Computer icon on the desktop of the PC where Attendance Rx is installed.

  3. Select local disk C, or the C drive.

  4. Go to Program Files. Click on the Acroprint folder, then click on Attendance Rx.

  5. You will see a folder titled Data among the contents of the ATRx folder.

Copy this folder to a transportable source (i.e. CD, Floppy Disc, or USB storage device).

Install the Attendance Rx Software at the alternate PC.

Repeat steps 1-5 on the new PC to locate the Data folder of the new install of the Attendance Rx software.

Replace the existing Data folder on the new PC with the populated Data folder you copied from the original ATRx installation.
