Manually changing the start-date of your pay periods, other than the initial setup change, is not recommended by Acroprint. Changing the start-date of each pay period compromises the data already stored in the database and may result in the loss of employee transaction information. Additionally, you run the risk of combining pay periods because the software can no longer calculate the end-date of the pay periods. |
