Employees punch in and out at the PC using the Add Employee Transaction Icon. They type their PIN into the field labelled Enter your PIN and click either Punch or Punch and Close. Clicking Punch will leave the Add Employee Transaction window open, allowing the next employee to easily punch in or out. Clicking Punch and Close will close the window after the employees punch is completed. The system then prompts the employee to place their finger on the fingerprint reader.
