The ATRx10 and ATRx20 Terminals communicate via RS-232 and RS-485, respectively. These units are not capable of communicating via Ethernet. The only cabling supported for communication is the cable provided by Acroprint. The ATRx10 terminal ships with a 50 foot length of cable for RS-232 communication. ATRx20 terminals do not come with cable. To connect your ATRx20 to your ATRx10 terminal, 100, 500, and 1000 foot lengths of RS-485 cable are available from Acroprint.
