If your employees are not able to punch in and you cannot access any of the functions within the TimeStation PC Administrator due to an Unhandled Application Exception Error, your database is corrupt. This most likely occurred when the PC on which the database resides was shut down improperly. You will need to reinitialize your database and start over again. If you are receiving this error message only when trying to add a new employee, click here. If you would like additional assistance, including attempted rebuild of the database, please contact Software Support at 1-800-334-7190. There may be an additional fee for assistance. |
