This problem does not apply to anyone using Windows XP or Windows 2000. If you are using Windows 98 or Windows 98 SE, then the version of MDAC that your PC is using is not current. You will need to complete the following steps:
If you reinstall the program after performing the MDAC install, you will need to select NO at the prompt Setup has detected an existing database. Would you like to use this database? If you have entered information into the system already, this will cause any information to be lost. Reinstalling the program IS NOT required. Please call 1-800-334-7190 if you require further assistance. There may be a charge for the support call.
